Weekly Paycheck! * Fully Stocked Trucks: Company-provided vehicle with gas card * Comprehensive Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, paid time off (PTO), and paid holidays * Strong Company Culture: Team outings, employee appreciation events, and supportive leadership * Steady Work: Year-round residential and light commercial projects - High Call Volume What You’ll Do: * Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork * Replace or retrofit HVAC systems to meet current efficiency and safety standards * Install thermostats, controls, and related accessories * Test system functionality and ensure proper airflow and temperature control * Collaborate with customers to explain installation process and answer questions * Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used * Work closely with dispatch and warehouse to ensure timely job completion * Follow all safety procedures and company policies * Other duties as assigned What We Are Looking For: * Minimum 5 + years of HVAC installation experience preferred * Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams * Will need your own tools * Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Ability to lift and move heavy equipment * Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record * High school diploma or equivalent (technical school a plus) * Basic understanding of electrical wiring and connections * Comfortable working in crawl spaces and attics and climb ladders * Excellent math, people, and problem-solving skills PREFERRED: * Certification or associate’s degree from an HVAC program at a technical school and 2+ years as an HVAC installation technician (preferred but not required) * Experience with Residential Customers * Experience in the trades: HVAC, plumbing, electrical * Experience with Service Titan * EPA Certified preferred * NATE Certified preferred Pre-Employment Requirements All employment offers are contingent on successful completion of a criminal background check, drug screening, and motor vehicle report.
