We’re growing fast and looking for an experienced HVAC Lead Installer to join our residential installation team. What You’ll Do Lead and execute residential HVAC system installations (furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and more) Supervise and mentor junior installers and apprentices Ensure all installations meet code requirements and company standards Communicate effectively with homeowners and project managers Maintain a clean and safe work environment What We’re Looking For 5+ years of HVAC installation experience (residential preferred) EPA Certification required; NATE certification a plus Strong leadership and troubleshooting skills Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions Why Join Us?
