What You Bring: * HVAC experience preferred. * Basic HVAC understanding and a strong willingness to learn. * Self-motivated with a valid driver’s license. * Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen. Physical Requirements and Work Environment: * Ability to lift and/or carry up to 50-75 lbs occasionally and 50 lbs repetitively. * The job requires working in cramped spaces like attics and crawlspaces, which involves a lot of bending, crawling, and kneeling. * Ability to climb and work from ladders. * Must be able to work in different environments that can be hot, cold, dusty, or dirty. * Physical ability to stand for an 8-hour shift and work for extended periods without becoming overly fatigued. All candidates are required to undergo a pre-employment drug screen and background checks.
