Job Overview The Lead Installer is responsible for overseeing and performing the installation of HVAC (or service-related) systems and equipment while ensuring quality workmanship, safety, and a positive customer experience. This role leads installation crews, manages job sites, and ensures projects are completed efficiently, accurately, and according to company standards. Why Work With Us * Competitive Pay:$20.00 – $35.00 per hour (Based on experience) * Piece Rate * 80% company-paid medical insurance * Dental, vision, short & long-term disability insurance * 2 weeks paid time off + paid holidays * 401(k) with 4% company match * Paid training & growth opportunities * Work-life balance * Supportive team & positive work environment * Employee Assistance Program (EAP) * Long-term job stability with a respected HVAC company What You’ll Do * Install a wide range of residential HVAC systems (furnaces, A/C units, heat pumps, attic/vertical splits, ductwork) * Ensure all installations are completed efficiently, accurately, and meet code and manufacturer standards * Perform system start-up and verification to ensure proper operation * Maintain clear communication with team members, management, and dispatch * Deliver exceptional customer service throughout each installation * Accurately complete installation documentation (work orders, reports, equipment tracking) * Maintain and care for company-provided vehicle and tools * Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines * Mentor apprentices and support their development * Stay current on industry best practices through company-provided training What We’re Looking For * 2+ years of residential HVAC installation experience * EPA Universal Certification (Required) * Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills * Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals * High attention to detail and accountability * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Positive, team-oriented, and adaptable mindset * Bilingual is a plus!
