Skills required: Ability to complete an accurate and thorough HVAC inspection. Ability to perform all HVAC repairs and replacements to code, any necessary electrical work associated with HVAC, have the ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and explain all problems and options with clients. Must have working knowledge of and ability to be in compliance with all state and federal HVAC codes. In addition to the technical skills, technicians should possess strengths in the following areas: Must present a professional, well-groomed appearance Positive. Can-do attitude Ability to work weekends and evenings on rotating basis Active listening skills Organizational skills, able to maintain a clean, stocked and inventoried service van Punctual Additional Job Requirements: Must pass national background check and drug screening Valid Driver's license with good driving record. EPA certification
Responsibilities
Perform thorough HVAC inspections, repairs, and replacements while ensuring all work meets state and federal codes. Diagnose technical problems and explain available options to clients to ensure peak system performance.
