Description POSITION REQUIREMENTS COMMUNICATION: Ability to write, speak, hear, and understand the spoken word to respond promptly to pages, requests, team members and guests. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance manuals. EQUIPMENT: Any necessary equipment to complete duties. MINIMUM AGE: 18 years of age. LICENSE: Driver's License and EPA License Required. REASON ABILITY: Ability to apply common sense understanding to instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form or when helping resolve a team member or guest concern. This job requires candidate to travel in company furnished vehicle. Troubleshoot, diagnose, maintain, and repair HVAC/R equipment· Perform major and minor preventive maintenance· Ensure available resources for HVAC/R maintenance and repair by managing refrigerant levels and parts inventory; tracking and ordering HVACV/R parts; and developing relationships with suppliers and contractors.· Previous experience in commercial HVAC/Refrigeration maintenance· Universal Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Certification for Refrigerant handling.· Hold a valid state-issued driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report

Responsibilities

The individual will troubleshoot, diagnose, maintain, and repair HVAC/R equipment while performing preventive maintenance. They will also manage refrigerant levels and parts inventory, and develop relationships with suppliers and contractors.
