Francis HVAC is a locally owned and family run (4th Generation!) business that is growing!!
We are looking to bring on individuals that have recently completed HVAC/R schooling to join our team, working along side and learn from some of the Best HVAC/R Journeypersons and Apprentices in the industry!

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Successful Completion of HVAC/R Schooling (Algonquin College, La Cite Collegial, Hi Mark, George Brown Etc.)
• Valid G1 or G2 Gas License
• Valid “G” Drivers License
• Ability to handle physical workload & working in the elements
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to gain Security Clearance

Our workload focuses on Commercial, Industrial and Institutional clients throughout Eastern Ontario and the Outaouais Region in Quebec.
We offer technician aligned management, an organized workload, structured office, identical wages packages to the union, minimal on-call per year, G1 Gas License Schooling, equipment specific training as well as Health & Safety Training and industry related training opportunities with manufacturers, and much more.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Journeypersons and Apprentices with all aspects of their work
• Perform Coil Cleaning on cooling equipment
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures
• Customer Service
