Actively seek and incorporate customer feedback to continuously enhance service quality and tailor our approach to meet client needs. Coordinate with colleagues and management on service calls, parts ordering, and scheduling to improve overall efficiency. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems at customer locations, ensuring efficient and reliable service. Accurately document repairs, equipment usage, and customer interactions using company systems. Maintain and organize the service truck, ensuring all tools and parts are well-stocked and in good working order. Work after hours, weekends, and holidays as needed to meet customer demands. Requirements Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate service and documentation. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple calls, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working in varied environments, including confined spaces, outdoors, and in inclement weather. Basic mechanical aptitude with the willingness to learn and expand technical skills. Reliable, drug-free, and committed to upholding company standards. Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Nice to Have (not required) Prior experience in HVAC repair and maintenance. Familiarity with operating service trucks and handling field service tools. Certification or formal training in HVAC systems. Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).

Responsibilities

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems at customer locations while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Coordinate with management for scheduling and parts ordering while accurately documenting all service interactions.
