We are hiring for experienced HVAC Service Technician. Job Responsibilities: Perform a thorough precision Tune Up of heating and cooling system with no supervision. Able to find and repair water leaks and duct leaks. Troubleshoot basic problems with a gas and electric heat system. Generate equipment leads, sell CCM agreements and get customers to invest in necessary proactive repairs, comfort enhancements and IAQ additions. (CCM = Membership agreements) Complete all administrative responsibilities neatly, accurately, and completely with no supervision. Maintain communication with dispatch and department manager. Keep company vehicle clean, inside and out, and maintain inventory. Attend department meetings and trainings. Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as prescribed by company policies. Requirements At least 1 year of experience working in the HVAC maintenance field. Have an Electrical Trainee License (preferred) Have or acquire (Type II) EPA refrigerant license (a plus) Proven sales experience. Good work ethic and willingness to learn new methods. Great Customer Service skills. A valid US Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record
