We’re looking for a skilled technician to perform preventative maintenance, diagnose issues, and ensure residential HVAC systems are running efficiently. You’ll use advanced tools, deliver top-notch service, and help homeowners stay comfortable year-round. What You’ll Do Maintain and tune up HVAC systems to keep them running smoothly. Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with heating, cooling, and ventilation systems. Perform routine HVAC maintenance to prevent future issues and improve efficiency. Make light HVAC repairs when needed or recommend replacements. Communicate clearly with homeowners, explaining any issues and next steps in a professional, friendly way. Follow all safety protocols and local HVAC codes. Keep accurate service records and parts usage logs. What You Bring 1-3+ years of HVAC technician experience (residential preferred). Completed HVAC training program or apprenticeship. Valid HVAC license and driver’s license. Strong skills in diagnostics, repair, and customer service.
