JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Supervisor to lead our team in maintaining and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and a background in HVAC systems, plumbing, and maintenance. This role requires excellent leadership skills to oversee projects, ensure compliance with safety standards, and deliver high-quality service to our clients.

EXPERIENCE

• Proven experience in HVAC supervision or a similar role is required.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in plumbing, welding, boiler operations, appliance repair, and construction preferred.
• Familiarity with schematics and technical drawings related to HVAC systems is essential.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues effectively.
• Strong communication skills for effective team collaboration and customer interaction.

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Hamilton, ON L8W 3R

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of HVAC technicians and maintenance staff.
• Oversee installation, repair, and maintenance of HVAC systems, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
• Conduct regular inspections of HVAC systems and equipment to identify issues and implement corrective actions.
• Provide training and mentorship to team members on best practices in HVAC operations and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and inventory management.
• Troubleshoot complex HVAC issues using schematics and technical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations related to HVAC installations.
