JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Supervisor to lead our team in maintaining and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and a background in HVAC systems, plumbing, and maintenance. This role requires excellent leadership skills to oversee projects, ensure compliance with safety standards, and deliver high-quality service to our clients.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in HVAC supervision or a similar role is required.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in plumbing, welding, boiler operations, appliance repair, and construction preferred.
  • Familiarity with schematics and technical drawings related to HVAC systems is essential.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues effectively.
  • Strong communication skills for effective team collaboration and customer interaction.
