HVAC Manager Property and Asset Management What this job involves Acts as the primary contact for all regional personnel for any building issues associated with HVAC Reports to Operations Head and gives update on HVAC related issues of the buildings. Analyzes, repairs, and performs preventive maintenance on all HVAC installations Monitors third party HVAC vendor performance and works and ensure all services provided as per AMC contract. Contribute towards service standards regarding upkeep of HVAC related equipment’s of the buildings. Develop new concepts of service and methods to achieve organizational objectives. Regularly measures efficiency of plant and imitate programs/ process which increase energy efficiency of plant. Explore new technologies for efficient operations of system. Ensure all staff related to HVAC are trained and competent. Ensure adherence to safety policy of the company. Take measures to conserve energy, to be committed to the environment sustainability. Likewise, you should have at least Eight plus years’ experience in Maintenance field. Your expertise in local ordinances may also help you win this role.
