Description Commercial Express HVAC, located in Sterling, VA, is seeking an experienced and motivated HVAC Mechanical Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet the company’s quality standards and customer expectations. Key Responsibilities: Manage project schedules, coordinating with personnel and subcontractors to ensure projects run efficiently, on time, and within budget. Oversee project documentation, including submittals, change orders, purchase orders, and more. Prepare and manage subcontractor agreements and vendor purchase orders. Lead project close-out activities, ensuring all project requirements are met. Monitor project budgets and approve costs to maintain profitability. Identify, address, and resolve project issues in a timely manner. Adhere to all safety protocols and best practices throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements Skills and Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in HVAC or related fields. Strong understanding of HVAC systems, mechanical plans, and specifications.
