Description Haven Services & JonLe Haven Services & JonLe is seeking an experienced and results-driven HVAC New Construction & Remodel Manager to oversee all aspects of HVAC projects related to new construction and remodels. This role is responsible for leading projects from pre-construction planning through final closeout, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to company quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management, leadership, and technical HVAC experience while maintaining excellent relationships with builders, contractors, and internal teams. This role will heavily utilize Service Titan for workflow management, job costing, scheduling, documentation, and performance reporting. Requirements Project & Operations Management Manage HVAC new construction and remodel projects from contract award through final inspection and closeout. Coordinate project timelines, labor, materials, and subcontractors to ensure efficient execution. Review plans, specifications, and scope of work to ensure accurate execution and compliance. Oversee installation quality, safety standards, and code compliance. Conduct jobsite visits and inspections to monitor progress and proactively resolve issues. Manage change orders, scope adjustments, and all project documentation.
