Description Haven Services & JonLe Haven Services & JonLe is seeking an experienced and results-driven HVAC New Construction & Remodel Manager to oversee all aspects of HVAC projects related to new construction and remodels. This role is responsible for leading projects from pre-construction planning through final closeout, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to company quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management, leadership, and technical HVAC experience while maintaining excellent relationships with builders, contractors, and internal teams. This role will heavily utilize Service Titan for workflow management, job costing, scheduling, documentation, and performance reporting. Requirements Project & Operations Management Manage HVAC new construction and remodel projects from contract award through final inspection and closeout. Coordinate project timelines, labor, materials, and subcontractors to ensure efficient execution. Review plans, specifications, and scope of work to ensure accurate execution and compliance. Oversee installation quality, safety standards, and code compliance. Conduct jobsite visits and inspections to monitor progress and proactively resolve issues. Manage change orders, scope adjustments, and all project documentation. Utilize ServiceTitan to: Create and manage jobs, projects, and workflows Track job costing, labor hours, materials, and overall project profitability Schedule crews and coordinate resources effectively Maintain accurate project documentation, photos, and notes Monitor KPIs and generate operational and financial reports Ensure data accuracy and consistency within ServiceTitan Train and support team members on proper ServiceTitan usage and best practices Team Leadership Lead, mentor, and develop field supervisors, installers, and project coordinators Assign crews based on skill level, workload, and project requirements Foster a culture of accountability, safety, teamwork, and high-quality workmanship Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback Builder & Customer Relations Serve as the primary point of contact for builders, developers, and remodel clients Build and maintain strong working relationships with general contractors and trade partners Address client concerns promptly, professionally, and solutions-focused Participate in pre-construction meetings, progress meetings, and project reviews as needed Financial & Administrative Oversight Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cost control for HVAC projects Review purchase orders, material requisitions, and vendor invoices Ensure projects meet profitability targets and align with company financial goals Support estimating and bidding processes by providing operational and field insight Our Benefits Haven Services & JonLe offers a competitive benefits package designed to support our team members’ health, financial security, and work-life balance: Medical Insurance – Choice of 2 HDHPs with HRA & HSA or PPO One HDHP option includes 100% of employee premiums covered by the employer Dental & Vision Insurance Company-Provided Life & Disability Insurance 401(k) with Employer Match 6% Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Paid Time Off & Paid Holidays Why Join Haven Services & JonLe Leadership role with direct impact on company growth Strong builder relationships and consistent project pipeline Technology-driven operations using ServiceTitan Collaborative leadership team and growth-focused culture Employees must be able to pass pre-employment screening including a criminal background check, motor vehicle check and drug screening.
