We're looking for an Operations Manager who wants to build something, not just manage it. This is NOT a desk job. You'll be in the field regularly—riding with technicians, coaching in real-time, and ensuring every job meets our standards. WHAT YOU'LL DO: • Lead Service, Install, IAQ, Dispatch, and Warehouse departments • Train and develop field teams through hands-on coaching and ride-alongs • Track KPIs and drive performance (average ticket, callback rate, customer satisfaction) • Recruit, onboard, and retain technicians and installers • Ensure techs are presenting upgrades, IAQ solutions, and memberships professionally • Maintain quality—every job to code, every customer satisfied WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR: We'll consider two paths: 1.
