We are seeking a detail-oriented and safety-focused HVAC Operations Technician to support the reliable operation of critical systems within a semiconductor manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for monitoring, inspecting, and responding to facility equipment conditions, alarms, and system changes to ensure uninterrupted operations and compliance with safety and quality standards. The Operations Technician will work in both cleanroom and non-cleanroom environments, providing critical support to operations, construction, and commissioning activities. Responsibilities: Execute rounds and readings on equipment and systems to verify they are functioning correctly and within specification, both within and outside a cleanroom environment. Perform routine inspections on equipment, systems, and surrounding areas to identify deficiencies such as leaks, safety issues, or abnormal operating conditions. Respond to alarms, equipment failures, and emergencies in a timely and safe manner, ensuring minimal impact to operations. Utilize the SCADA system to monitor and operate equipment as required. Provide a detailed shift handover report documenting events, system changes, and outstanding issues. Support construction and commissioning activities as required, including equipment rotations, shutdowns, and detailed walk-downs to verify alignment with design intent. Any other duties or responsibilities that may be assigned to you in your role. Skills Required: 2+ years of experience in operations, maintenance, or facility support; semiconductor or mission-critical facility experience preferred. Strong knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical systems, such as HVAC, chilled water, compressed air, exhaust, and process utilities. Familiarity with SCADA or building management systems (BMS) for monitoring and control. Ability to interpret technical drawings, SOPs, and equipment manuals. Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and reporting skills. Commitment to safety and compliance with OSHA and site-specific protocols. Education / Licenses / Certifications 2 Year Technical degree in HVAC is preferred but not required. OSHA 10. Proof of education, licenses, and certifications will be required where applicable.
