EXPERIENCED HVAC SALES REP – NORTH AND SOUTH SHORE BOSTON, MA

Sila Services, LLC is a family owned and operated heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical corporation that is currently in growth mode. We are looking for an energetic, dynamic sales person who is skilled at in-home sales. Experience in the HVAC/R and Plumbing Industry is required. A highly confident sales person with in-home sales experience with heating, cooling, and ventilation product knowledge, that has a desire to win, is what we want.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Valid Drivers’ License
  • Residential service experience is preferred
  • 3+ years with excellent customer service skills and HVAC/R Outside Sales experience
    Sales opportunities come to us through a generous advertising budget, repeat customers, and your own prospecting efforts. Your job is to meet the customer in their home to review air conditioning, gas furnace, heat pump, mini splits, and other HVAC products, and close the sale.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-home consultations with leads generated for you from our corporate marketing team.
  • Present air conditioning, gas furnace, heat pump, mini split, and other HVAC products options with home owners.
  • Maintain lead pipeline through continued customer outreach and prospecting.
