Essential Functions Of The Job Make regular customer visits throughout the territory to solicit rental, parts and service sales. Record all customer sales visits and relevant sales activity in CRM database within 24 hours of the event. Regularly collect and report market information regarding competitors, trends, and product development opportunities Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs. Continuously research the sales territory, identifying and adding qualified prospects to the CRM database. Assist management with monthly, quarterly, and annual sales projections. Provide technical training or technical information to customers as required. Knowledge, Skills And Abilities (KSA's) Strong interpersonal skills; excellent communicator. Results-driven, self-motivated, works well with minimal direct supervision. Solid business acumen, sound decision maker, problem solver Computer acumen, comfortable with Excel, Word, APPS, Email, CRM.
