HVAC PHONE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Harry’s Home Comfort is a fun, hardworking, and supportive team that’s growing fast! We’re looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join us and help connect with the many homeowners across Ontario who are interested in upgrading their HVAC systems. If you thrive in a sales-driven environment and want the opportunity to earn big while working with a team that’s got your back, this role is for you.

• Call homeowners across Ontario to assess their home and energy needs.
• Build quotes and recommend HVAC systems that fit each homeowner’s situation.
• Handle a variety of calls daily, including:
• Prospecting
• Qualified leads
• Booked appointments
• Follow-ups
• Manage and track all leads in HubSpot (experience a plus, training provided).
• Consistently make ~150 calls/day to stay on target.
