Description Position Summary: Wright Mechanical is seeking a motivated and knowledgeable HVAC & Plumbing Salesperson/Estimator to join our team. This role is responsible for generating new business, building client relationships, and accurately estimating residential and commercial HVAC and plumbing projects. The ideal candidate is results-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing projects from initial client contact through closing. Key Responsibilities: Meet with clients to assess HVAC and plumbing needs for residential and commercial projects Prepare accurate estimates, bids, and proposals based on project scope Generate new business through networking, referrals, and outbound efforts Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients and property managers Conduct site visits to evaluate project requirements and gather necessary data Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handoff and execution Follow up on leads, proposals, and pending jobs to close sales Stay up to date on industry trends, pricing, and local market conditions Requirements Qualifications: Experience in HVAC and/or plumbing sales, estimating, or related field Strong understanding of HVAC and plumbing systems Ability to read blueprints and project specifications preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Compensation & Benefits: Competitive base salary plus commission structure Bonus opportunities based on performance Company vehicle or mileage reimbursement (if applicable) Health benefits (if offered) Paid time off Work Environment: Combination of office and field work Local travel required for site visits and client meetings
