The HVAC PM Specialist position is responsible for performing various laborious job tasks in a timely manner. These tasks include assisting HVAC department HVAC Technician or Director of Facilities. They must be reliable and skillful as well as possess great attention to detail in completing their duties. Education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent. Assist in tracking and logging property and company HVAC window units, equipment, and tools. Clean indoor and outdoor HVAC coils (condenser and evaporator). Perform preventative maintenance on mini-split, PTAC, and central HVAC units. Inspect equipment for visible damage, leaks, or wear. Clean and flush condensate drain lines. Replace or clean air filters as needed. Assist with installation, maintenance and repair of heating, and air conditioning systems. When applicable, operate company vehicles within state laws and company policies. Responsible for keeping the company vehicle well-kept and safe; report issues in a timely manner to the safety team. Report for Snow removal timely to shovel snow and de-ice assigned properties. Overtime is required when necessary. Additional duties as assigned.
