JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented HVAC Procurement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and managing HVAC-related materials and equipment to support our projects and operations. You’ll work closely with vendors, negotiate contracts, monitor inventory, and ensure procurement practices meet company standards and budget requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 3 years of procurement experience, preferably in the HVAC or construction industry.
• Proven negotiation and contract management skills.

• Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers of HVAC equipment and materials.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure quality, reliability, and on-time delivery.
