This is a full time, professional position reporting directly to the Dean/Director of Education. As the leader of the program, the Program Director is responsible for managing the department using sound business principles and ensuring compliance with all regulatory, accreditation and company policies and procedures. This position requires some evening and Saturday hours.   The Program Director teaches in his/her assigned discipline, works with faculty to promote continuous improvement of the quality of instruction within the assigned program(s), is the lead administrator for the department, and, as such, is responsible for faculty training and development, coordinating and administering the academic program(s) and student outcomes and activities within the department.
Responsibilities
The Program Director manages the HVAC department using business principles while ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation policies. They are responsible for teaching, faculty development, and overseeing student outcomes and academic activities.
