JOB DESCRIPTION:

Al Qoze Electromechanical, a leading provider of HVAC solutions with over 40 years of industry experience, is looking for an experienced HVAC Project Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the execution of HVAC projects on-site, ensuring that work is carried out efficiently, safely, and in line with project specifications.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the UAE in a similar role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Proficient knowledge of HVAC systems and their installation.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Strong project management and site coordination abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and lead a team on-site.
  • UAE driver’s license is an added advantage.
  • Experience with local regulatory compliance and industry standards.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day site execution of HVAC projects.
  • Ensure all work complies with design specifications, industry standards, and project timelines.
  • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of projects.
  • Monitor project progress and provide updates to senior management.
  • Conduct site inspections and resolve any technical issues that may arise.
  • Ensure that health and safety standards are strictly adhered to on-site.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and progress updates.
  • Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
  • Assist in testing and commissioning of HVAC systems.
  • Ensure all work is in compliance with local regulations and standards.
