This role requires strong coordination with GCs, developers, and internal teams to ensure successful project execution. Requirements Qualifications 5+ years of HVAC experience and 3+ years in project management Strong experience with multi-family and/or mixed-use projects (REQUIRED) Knowledge of mechanical systems, ductwork, piping, and controls Ability to read and interpret construction drawings Strong communication and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Experience with Procore, Trimble, or similar tools Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
