Description Location: Central Florida (Tampa Bay and Orlando Area) Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 (Negotiable) Schedule: Monday – Friday standard business hours, weekends as needed Position Overview: Advance Industrial Mechanical (AIM) is seeking a dedicated and skilled Project Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in overseeing all phases of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards. Their focus includes coordinating teams, managing client communication, controlling costs, maintaining compliance, and ensuring successful project delivery from start to finish. Why AIM? Key Responsibilities: Project Planning: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define project scope, goals, and objectives. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Team Management: Lead and supervise HVAC project teams, including technicians, contractors, and subcontractors. Delegate tasks, provide guidance, and ensure team members adhere to safety and quality standards. Budget and Cost Control: Monitor project budgets and expenses, making adjustments as necessary to ensure projects remain within budget. Review and approve invoices and purchase orders related to HVAC projects. Quality Assurance: Ensure that HVAC systems installations and maintenance meet industry standards and client expectations. Conduct quality inspections and address any issues promptly. Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. Provide regular project updates, address client concerns, and maintain positive client relationships. Resource Management: Coordinate the procurement and delivery of HVAC equipment, materials, and supplies. Optimize resource allocation to maximize project efficiency. Schedule Management: Develop and manage project schedules to meet deadlines and milestones. Monitor progress and adjust schedules as needed. Permitting and Compliance: Ensure that all necessary permits and licenses are obtained and that projects comply with local building codes and regulations. Safety: Promote and enforce safety protocols and practices on HVAC project sites. Investigate and report any safety incidents and implement corrective actions.
