SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Project Manager and Estimator to join our team in Windsor, ON. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our mission by accurately estimating project costs and contributing to the successful execution of HVAC and Refrigeration service projects. The HVAC Project Manager and Estimator is responsible for planning, supervising, and ensuring the successful end-to-end delivery of assigned HVAC Mechanical Retrofit / Design-Build Projects. These projects are typically of moderate complexity, risk, and exposure. The position ensures projects are estimated, completed on time, within scope, budget, and in compliance with all regulatory, environmental, and health and safety requirements.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

• (313A) HVACR designation with service/projects background.
• 313A Journeyman with 10+ years of experience with strong knowledge of HVAC, Refrigeration, Hydronics and wanting to move in a hybrid (field + office) role
• 5+ years of project engineering experience in mechanical building services or construction.
• Proven project management aptitude in delivering projects on time, on budget, and within specifications.
• Experience in budget management, risk mitigation, and management.
• Advanced knowledge of provincial building codes, ASHRAE, CSA, and NFPA standards.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships, manage clients, and lead project teams.
• Proficient in MS Office suite and project tracking software.
• Continuous improvement and quality mindset.
• Valid Driver’s License.
