We are seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to manage existing pipeline of works from long standing clients and look to develop and maintain pipeline.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing, progressive Technical Building Services contractor based in Hertfordshire, with a strong reputation for quality and client satisfaction.
The HVAC Project Manager will be managing projects across London with values in the region of £400k on average.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and deliver HVAC projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Provide on-site support and leadership, especially during critical stages, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Conduct site surveys and work closely with clients to develop tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and issue technical quotations and manage tender returns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Identifying opportunities for additional project work with new clients
  • Produce tender/present quotes for new works
  • Manage the project pipeline, update project tracking systems, and report on progress against KPIs.
  • Attend client meetings, represent the company professionally, and support presentations when required.

HVAC PROJECT MANAGER JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Refrigeration & air conditioning qualifications is desirable
  • Project management experience working across HVAC projects - values up to £300/400k
  • Hold Strong HVAC Technical knowledge
  • Desirable to hold knowledge of Heat Pumps
  • Be able to commute to the company’s head office in Hemel and able to cover London and home counties.
