HVAC PROJECT MANAGER/ESTIMATOR

We are hiring an HVAC Project Manager/Estimator. Candidates should be familiar with commercial HVAC construction, capable of estimating projects, ordering materials, developing schedules, working with subcontractors/other trades and directing our work crews. Candidate should be able to read and understand construction drawings. Familiarity with coordinating submittals, working drawings and closeout documents is important. Communicating with clients, other contractors, and design professionals in a positive-professional manner is important. We are willing to work with and teach skills which may be undeveloped. This is an office position with regular job site visits.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
