JOB ADVERT: HVAC PROJECT MANAGER – COMMERCIAL INSTALLATIONS (LONDON/M25 AREA)

Salary: Up to £65,000 + Company Vehicle (Personal Use Included)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced HVAC Project Manager to join a growing and forward-thinking building services team, delivering commercial installation and refurbishment projects across the M25. As HVAC Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle—from tender and planning through to installation, commissioning, and handover. Projects will vary in scale and complexity, covering HVAC systems in commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and plant rooms.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing HVAC installation and refurbishment projects across multiple sites
• Coordinating internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure delivery on time and within budget
• Site visits, client liaison, and regular reporting on progress, risks, and variations
• Ensuring all works comply with health & safety regulations and relevant technical standards
• Supporting procurement and project costing, and driving project profitability
