J Squared Solutions is recruiting on behalf of our esteemed client for an experienced HVAC Projects Manager to join their Projects Division. This is a key role focused on delivering nationwide HVAC installation projects across multiple commercial sectors.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years’ experience in HVAC, FM, or M&E project management
• Experience managing £1M+ annual project budgets
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• SMSTS and CSCS certifications
• Full UK driving license

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As HVAC Projects Manager, you’ll take full ownership of installation projects from quotation through to commissioning. Working with both internal teams and external clients, you will be responsible for ensuring all project deliverables are met safely, on time, and within budget.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage end-to-end delivery of HVAC installation projects
• Oversee planning, labour resourcing, and material procurement
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and CDM regulations
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and design teams
• Produce and manage RAMS documentation
• Track budgets, P&Ls, project milestones, and submit billing
• Conduct client site visits and maintain strong relationships
• Support formal project meetings and ensure all documentation is completed
• Provide technical support and mentor project team members
