Description Key Responsibilities: Licensing and Oversight: Provide qualifying license for the company’s HVAC operations. Ensure continued compliance with state licensing requirements. Hiring and Onboarding: Hire, and train qualified HVAC field staff. Ensure proper onboarding procedures are followed for technical team members. Compliance and Standards: Ensure all HVAC work aligns with local, state, and industry regulations. Enforce adherence to company procedures and safety protocols. Requirements Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of HVAC systems, including installation, service, and repair. Experience with building envelope or weatherization practices is a plus. Documentation & Reporting: Ability to complete inspection forms and maintain detailed records. Strong attention to detail and organization. Communication: Clear, professional communication skills for customer interaction and internal collaboration. Ability to lead and mentor a field team effectively. Tool Proficiency: Comfortable using industry-standard HVAC tools and testing equipment. Experience Required: Minimum of 5 years of HVAC experience Licenses and Certifications (Required): Active C-21 Refrigeration and A/C Contractor License (Nevada) Valid Driver’s License Compensation: Qualifier will receive base compensation and a percentage of profits from the division.
