Description Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring exceptional service. Provide data-driven reporting on service levels, equipment lifecycle, and performance metrics, including recommendations for equipment replacement or upgrades. Collaborate across departments to develop client-focused solutions that align with customer SLAs, DOC revenue targets, and field technician capabilities. Forecast and track key account metrics, including revenue performance, quarterly results, and annual forecasts. Identify opportunities to grow business within existing accounts through strong relationship management and consultative selling. Work cross-functionally with operations, service, and administrative teams to ensure account satisfaction and continuous improvement. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred. Proven experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or Sales Account Manager, preferably within the HVAC industry. Background in HVAC service, management, or technical roles strongly preferred. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Excellent organizational abilities with a track record of managing multiple priorities effectively. Demonstrated ability to build trust and influence at all levels of an organization.
