· 313A Commercial Air Conditioning licensed professional
· G2/G1 Gas fitter
· Valid G Driver’s License
· Reliable Individual

Responsibilities:
· Equipment installation, maintenance, and repairs for commercial customers.
· General and other inspections of all types of equipment
· Installation and servicing of following equipment: Furnaces, roof top units, walk in cooler/freezers, boilers, water heater etc.
· Inspect systems and diagnose problems to ensure safety and identify necessary repairs and provide an ongoing program of preventive maintenance.
· Ability to service clients in a 24/7 environment with occasional on-call responsibilities.
· Demonstrate excellent customer service
· Maintain company vehicle to a clean and safe standard.
· Demonstrate excellent customer service
Preferred Licenses:
· 313 A
· Valid G Driver’s License/ Clean Driving Abstract (Required).
· G2 Gas Fitter (Required)
