Join Atlantic Heating and Air Conditioning Co. and create a career for yourself! Leads are coming in and we need help! There is no cold calling. We are looking for an addition to our team who can hit the ground running within 1-2 weeks making sales and earning TOP dollars!

JOB SUMMARY:

HVAC salesperson will visit existing customers and prospects to assess their HVAC needs and evaluate the existing heating and cooling situation. Post visit will generate a proposal. The candidate will need to be able to coordinate with homeowners, engineers, architects, builders and co-workers.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Valid driver s license
  • Clean driving and criminal records as required by state laws for home service companies and by company insurance carrier(s)
  • Basic computer skills (ex. Microsoft Word, Excel, Wrightsoft, AutoCAD)
  • Ability to climb stairs and ladders
  • Neat, clean, professional appearance

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 3 years Sales and Knowledge in HVAC
  • Understands HVAC Systems and can be the expert in customer s needs
  • Generate and track change orders during projects
  • Ability to read and understand mechanical and architectural plans
  • Ability to perform manual heat loss/gain analysis
  • Previous experience in these software systems (Microsoft Word, Excel, Wrightsoft, AutoCAD)
  • Ability to read and understand mechanical and architectural plans.
  • Valid Driver s license and clean driving record
