We specialize in solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial homes and facilities, including but not limited to: Ductwork/metal fabrication Service and installation of custom HVAC systems Heat pumps, air handling, and ventilation units Natural gas, oil, and propane heaters and boilers High-efficiency forced air, ductless, and fully ducted systems Rooftop split air conditioning systems Indoor air quality solutions We are currently looking for an HVAC Sales Comfort Consultant to join our team. Work Hours Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with overtime as needed. Benefits Top industry benefit package Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Life insurance Short- and long-term disability insurance 401(k) with 4% company match Commissions/bonuses based on component sales Paid industry training Company uniform, vehicle, gas card, phone, and tablet Duties (include but are not limited to) Drive to residential and light commercial sites to assess customer needs and property requirements Determine proper HVAC unit size, type, placement, and ductwork modifications for new and existing customers Provide accurate project pricing Create and present professional proposals by client due dates Conduct sales presentations Offer financing options and inform customers of promotions Work with multiple lead sources and generate new leads through follow-ups, referrals, and cross-selling Attend weekly sales meetings to report activity and address objections Conduct follow-up visits and calls for quality checks and referral opportunities Collaborate with Service and Installation departments on leads and recommendations Work typical hours Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (nights/weekends as needed) Perform other duties as assigned Requirements Qualifications 5+ years of HVAC sales experience required Knowledge of residential and light commercial HVAC systems Ability to read blueprints and generate plans, specifications, and pricing/bids Strong knowledge of HVAC industry and products Excellent oral communication and interpersonal skills Clean motor vehicle record Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Strong customer service skills with a professional demeanor Ability to complete required paperwork
