Carolina Chillers, LLC is looking for an experienced and well-organized Sales Coordinator to provide the necessary support to the field sales team in our Savannah, GA office. The successful candidate will become the point of reference for colleagues and customers alike, by keeping schedules and providing feedback, documentation and information. The goal is to facilitate the team’s activities to maximize their performance and the solid and long-lasting development of the company. Responsibilities: Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information Put together quotes for direct to owner service-related items in a timely manner (Leads from Technicians will run through the Service Sales Leads program with the exception of equipment replacements and quotes over $10,000). Assist in the launch, development, and use of the Salesforce application and help each Account Manager with information and data entry. Serve as the primary back up for in-house positions such as Service Coordinator, Preventive Maintenance Coordinator and Dispatch when those positions require it. There may be little to no notice when these situations occur, and the expectation is that you adjust accordingly to fill these roles. Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or materials Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events Ensure adherence to laws and policies Additional responsibilities directed by upper management on an as needed basis. Requirements Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus Good computer skills (MS Office) Experience with Salesforce.com is a plus Proficiency in English Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving Excellent verbal and written communication skills A team player with high level of dedication Carolina Chillers, LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
