Description Position Mission To support sales growth by managing inbound and outbound lead flow, qualifying prospects, and ensuring a smooth handoff to the sales and service teams for follow-up and conversion. Overview Diamond Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and Electrical is hiring a Sales Lead Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for potential customers across our marketing and sales channels. In this role, you’ll manage inbound leads, verify lead quality, coordinate follow-ups, and maintain communication between departments to ensure every opportunity is pursued quickly and professionally. This is a critical role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys interacting with people, and is motivated by helping teams close deals and exceed revenue goals. Requirements Monitor and respond to inbound leads from phone calls, web forms, emails, and third-party sources Qualify leads based on service area, intent, urgency, and job type Assign and schedule leads to the appropriate sales or service team based on business rules Maintain accurate lead records in the CRM and ensure timely updates Communicate with customers in a professional and helpful manner during initial outreach Help coordinate appointment reminders, confirmations, and reschedules as needed Debrief with sales team on status of calls for follow up and next steps Why you should work with us: One Team.
