Description

JOB OBJECTIVE:

To collaborate closely with customers to manage sales inquiries, address technical queries, handle tenders, generate leads, and drive sales growth.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a relevant field
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED17,000.00 per month

Responsibilities
  • Provide pre-sales product knowledge and technical solutions, supporting the Sales and Business Development teams in closing deals.
  • Identify business opportunities through market research, prospecting, and lead analysis.
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports to track performance and trends.
  • Lead the technical aspects of the sales process, including professional product presentations and demonstrations.
  • Build strong relationships with prospects by understanding their needs and recommending tailored solutions.
  • Respond to tenders, addressing detailed functional and technical requirements.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of both own products and competitors’ offerings.
  • Support the Business Development team by ensuring up-to-date sales documentation and collateral.
  • Design cost-effective, reliable, and innovative solutions to increase win rates and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and market trends.
  • Serve as the internal go-to technical expert for the sales team.
  • Provide prompt, high-quality pre-sales support and propose creative technical solutions aligned with business goals.
  • Deliver technical presentations and client training sessions.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets to support overall business growth.
