WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a sales professional with a strong technical mindset who can combine business acumen with hands-on customer support.

Your profile:

  • 5+ years of experience in project sales, ideally within HVAC BSO (building solutions).
  • Technical background, preferably in HVAC, civil engineering, or related fields (university degree is an advantage, but not required).
  • Solid knowledge of the HVAC market and/or industrial automation sector.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with proven experience in handling projects.
  • Communication in English – able to communicate confidently with our employees.
  • Excellent self-organization, discipline, and result-oriented mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to build long-term customer relationships.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools.
  • Driving license (category B).
Responsibilities
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers while actively identifying and acquiring new ones.
  • Provide direct customer support and technical consulting regarding company products and solutions.
  • Sell equipment, prepare calculations, and create tailored offers for customers.
  • Deliver product and application training sessions for customers.
  • Cooperate with the technical department on product policy, quality, and pricing.
  • Identify new business opportunities and monitor ongoing projects within Sales.
  • Prepare short- and long-term sales forecasts and reports.
