JOB DESCRIPTION

• Responsible for annual sales targets and sales growth.
• Identifying and developing business opportunities with new and existing customers by utilizing your product knowledge & applications experience in the HVAC market
• Ensures quality standards are maintained for both pre-sale and post-sale customer support and order fulfillment
• Call on and build relationships with new and existing customers, contractors, engineering and architectural firms
• Act as a liaison between Branch Office staff and customers/partners
• Preparation of sales proposals, estimates and take offs
• Some flexibility to work outside normal work hours, is required
• Ideally have a proven track record in specification or contractor sales
• Ideally with experience in selling HVAC equipment.
• Bachelor’s degree including technical coursework preferred
• Obtain, assemble, and organize all project documentation to turnover to operations.
• In charge of developing new sales business and further develop the relationship with existing clients
• Evaluation of market potential, finding sales opportunities in other related sectors as well.
• Coordinate with vendors and sub-contractors
• Complete sales calls to generate new business and build on existing relationships
• Present solutions to customers for consideration
