The ideal candidate will have a positive, can-do attitude, strong work ethic, integrity, common sense, and love to solve our customer's problems. The right candidate will have proven sales experience and success in retail sales, both residential and light commercial sales processes. This commissioned based sales position in our Albany/ Capital region location has the potential of 100k+ for the right motivated individuals. Aside from the income potential, Sales Professionals are provided with daily appointments (NO COLD CALLING!) company car, training, IPad and phone and more! Primary Job Function: To educate customers on the various options and designs of new or replacement HVAC equipment in their home. You will professionally advise homeowners in determining the correct heating and cooling systems that offers the best solution to fit their needs. This position requires a consultative sales approach and desire to help the customer fix their home comfort problems.
