The HVAC Sales Manager II is responsible for driving revenue growth, managing and mentoring the HVAC sales team, developing key customer relationships, and expanding market share. This role works closely with branch leadership, operations, and vendor partners to ensure profitable growth and exceptional customer service. Requirements Key Responsibilities · Lead, coach, and develop the HVAC sales team to achieve sales and margin goals · Develop and execute sales strategies to grow HVAC product lines and market share · Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, engineers, and key accounts · Identify new business opportunities and emerging market trends · Collaborate with purchasing and operations to ensure product availability and pricing competitiveness · Manage vendor relationships, promotions, and training initiatives · Track sales performance, forecasts, and KPIs; prepare reports for senior management · Support major bids, projects, and negotiated accounts as needed Job Requirements · 5+ years of HVAC sales experience, preferably in wholesale distribution · Prior sales management or team leadership experience strongly preferred · Strong knowledge of HVAC equipment, systems, and contractor sales cycles · Proven ability to drive revenue growth and manage profitable sales strategies · Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills · Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office · Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally as needed · Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. · Pass pre-employment drug screen, physical and background check Employee Benefits Hirsch offers competitive salaries, ongoing training opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package including: Medical, dental and vision insurance Profit sharing 401K + employer match Flexible Spending Account Long Term Disability Employer paid life insurance Employee purchase program Vacation/Sick/Holiday pay
