Description

Looking for an individual to join our ambitous team on a full-time basis, to help generate residential, commercial and industrial HVAC leads.

Responsibilties:

  • Close sales and achieve monthly quotas.
  • Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
  • Understand clients needs and how we can satisfy these needs.
  • Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
  • Understanding customers’ needs and identifying sales opportunities.
  • Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
  • Staying informed about competing products and services.
  • Upselling products and services.
  • Researching and qualifying new leads.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Strong listening and sales skills.
  • Ability to achieve targets.
  • 5+ years experience with proven track record
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
