Paid $15,000 Life Insurance and Long-Term Disability coverage What You'll Be Doing Conduct in-home HVAC service visits with a primary focus on generating replacement opportunities Perform basic diagnostics to identify issues and present repair, replacement, and upgrade options tailored to the customer Upsell indoor air quality products, accessories, maintenance plans, duct improvements, and system enhancements Educate homeowners on product benefits, financing options, and long-term value Follow a proven sales process to hit and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly revenue targets Build strong rapport that leads to high performance and repeat business Document recommendations and estimates clearly and professionally Collaborate closely with the sales and service teams to ensure seamless customer experience Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle stocked with demo items and sales materials Our 3 Step Hiring Process: At Polestar, we know great talent moves fast—and so do we.
