QUALIFICATIONS:
· 3-5 years of sales experience in HVAC industry
· Proven results on delivery of performance objectives and sales targets
· Strong relationship-building skills with a focus on long-term customer engagement.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
· Ability to manage and analyze financial data related to sales and pricing.
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
· Build and maintain long-term customer relationships, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
· Provide efficient and effective customer-based utilization services for equipment selection, sizing, quoting, selling, and ensuring professional installation as per customer requests.
· Manage inbound leads to accurately size, scope, and assess technical and physical replacement requirements.
· Consistently strive to achieve and, where possible, exceed monthly sales targets, contributing to the overall success and growth of the company. This goal should be approached with enthusiasm and a can-do attitude, recognizing that each team member’s effort is vital to our collective success.
· Prepare and present pricing, proposals, and contracts; assist with project coordination and customer communication as needed.
· Maintain a CRM database for managing accounts, opportunities, and collecting customer information and market intelligence.
· Actively engage in canvassing and selling to both new and existing customers.
· Deliver outstanding customer service, underpinned by a thorough understanding of the company’s operating model.
· Address and resolve customer issues and concerns promptly and professionally.
· Provide financial KPIs around pricing and margins to ensure profitability and competitive positioning.
· Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
