Benefits include: 100% paid insurance premiums on medical, dental, and vision 401k & Roth 401k plans with up to a 4% company match 100% paid long-term disability insurance Paid life insurance plan 2 floating holidays 6 paid holidays Vacation pay Paid weekly Responsibilities Include: Conduct in-home or on-site consultations to assess customer needs Provide detailed, multi-option quotes and discuss repair or upgrade choices Present system options, pricing, financing, and warranties in a clear, professional manner Generate new business and drive company sales to meet monthly sales goals Work closely with installation and service teams to ensure accurate job details Participate in ongoing sales training and team meetings Maintain detailed reports of sales activities Requirements 3+ years of sales experience Residential and Commercial service work experience preferred Good character and ability to work with a team and our customers Professional appearance and demeanor Valid driver's license Must meet company motor vehicle record (MVR) eligibility requirements Neat, clean and organized Great work ethic
