Duties
- The role is predominantly on the service & maintenance side of the business however there is scope for cross-over. Working for nationwide clients, largely in the restaurant and hospitality sector, your job will be to work as part of the reactive team attending to call-outs, remedial works and pre-planned maintenance visits.
- Perform preventative maintenance including filter changing/cleaning on HVAC systems to ensure efficient operation
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues
- Repair or replace defective parts in HVAC systems
- Test air conditioning systems, kitchen extract and supply fans, over-door heaters, heater-batteries, control panels to ensure proper functioning
- Follow blueprints, design specifications, and manufacturer instructions for installation and repair work
- Maintain accurate records of work performed
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of HVAC systems
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Leadership skills to oversee projects and guide junior technicians
- Proficiency in equipment repair and use of tools
- Familiarity with reading and interpreting schematics and blueprints
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Must be F-gas qualified
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions

Pay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
