Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a team of residential HVAC Service Technicians to achieve performance and customer satisfaction goals. Monitor and drive key performance indicators, including revenue, average ticket, conversion rate, maintenance agreement sales, callbacks, and customer satisfaction. Conduct regular ride-alongs, one-on-one coaching, and performance reviews to improve technician skills and results. Oversee daily scheduling, workflow, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and profitability. Ensure technicians deliver exceptional customer service while identifying opportunities to provide homeowners with additional solutions. Collaborate with dispatch, customer service, sales, and installation teams to ensure seamless operations and an outstanding customer experience. Recruit, interview, onboard, and retain top HVAC talent while fostering a positive, accountable team culture. Review service reports, job quality, and operational metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Resolve escalated customer concerns promptly and professionally. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, manufacturer guidelines, and applicable codes. Develop and implement training programs to improve technical knowledge, sales performance, and leadership development. Manage department performance to achieve revenue, profitability, and operational goals while supporting company growth. Other managerial duties as assigned. Requirements What you’ll bring: Business operations experience strongly preferred. Possess the ability to inspire both personal and professional growth in our team members. Be detail oriented and a highly organized multi-tasker with good presentation skills and the ability to convey confident and decisive messages in a fast-paced and goal-driven environment. Proficiency using a computer and Microsoft Office applications (Excel - Word - PowerPoint). Must have good selling skills. Ability to provide unparalleled customer satisfaction. Ability to drive team performance to achieve all business goals and objectives.
