The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of HVAC service and maintenance, while providing excellent customer service and ensuring the highest level of quality control. This role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to manage multiple technicians. Duties and Responsibilities: As an HVAC Service Manager, your primary duties will include Supervising, training, and mentoring a team of HVAC technicians to ensure efficient and effective service delivery. Overseeing the installation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems in commercial buildings. Coordinating with project managers and other construction team members to ensure HVAC work aligns with the overall project timeline and budget. Developing and implementing HVAC maintenance procedures and standards to ensure operational efficiency. Conducting regular site visits to monitor progress, ensure quality control, and address any issues or concerns. Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Ensuring compliance with all safety and environmental regulations. Participating in the preparation of budgets and cost estimates for HVAC projects. Keeping abreast of latest HVAC technology and industry trends to ensure the company remains competitive.
